{"id":785185,"date":"2026-05-09T22:12:18","date_gmt":"2026-05-09T22:12:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/785185\/"},"modified":"2026-05-09T22:12:18","modified_gmt":"2026-05-09T22:12:18","slug":"cuban-man-convicted-after-damaging-ice-vehicles-in-san-antonio-federal-prosecutors-say","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/785185\/","title":{"rendered":"Cuban man convicted after damaging ICE vehicles in San Antonio, federal prosecutors say"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A federal jury on Friday convicted a Cuban man of using his vehicle to damage two ICE\u2011owned vehicles in San Antonio, prosecutors said.<\/p>\n<p>Robyn Argote\u2011Brooks, 25, of Havana, Cuba, was found guilty of two counts of destruction of government property after a three\u2011day trial presided over by U.S. District Judge Fred Biery, according to the U.S. Attorney&#8217;s Office for the Western District of Texas.<\/p>\n<p>The conviction comes as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/texas\/news\/ice-traffic-stop-crash-north-texas-deported-mexican-national\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">previously deported Mexican man is accused of ramming federal immigration officers&#8217; vehicles<\/a> during an attempted traffic stop in Lewisville. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors detail January vehicle damage incident<\/p>\n<p>According to U.S. Attorney Justin R.
