A death investigation is underway after a woman was found dead following a disturbance in west suburban Campton Hills, police said Saturday.<\/p>\n
Authorities said at around 10:45 p.m. on Friday, officers responded to the 4N600 block of Brookside West Drive for a report of a disturbance. When police arrived, they encountered a woman who was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n
Her identity is being withheld by the Kane County Coroner’s Office pending notification of family. Information on a potential cause of death hasn’t been released.<\/p>\n
Campton Hills police are investigating with assistance from the Fox Valley Major Crimes Task Force. <\/p>\n
