Tarrant County Public Health inspects all restaurants in the county except those in Fort Worth, Arlington, Euless and North Richland Hills.<\/p>\n<p>Two locations were closed:<\/p>\n<p><b>Subway 29703,<\/b> 409 E. Northwest Highway in Grapevine, had a score of 89. The location voluntarily closed due to issues with refrigeration, and reopened after a follow-up inspection.<\/p>\n<p><b>Pizza Hut 39025,<\/b> 340 Mercedes St. in Benbrook, had a score of 92. The restaurant voluntarily closed due to a wastewater backup overflowing onto the floor, and reopened after a follow-up inspection.<\/p>\n<p>Two locations were given 48 hours to seek pest control remedies:<\/p>\n<p><b>Lubys 135<\/b>, 3312 Southeast Loop 820 in Forest Hill, was unscored. The location was noted to have issues with cockroaches and cockroach droppings.<\/p>\n<p><b>Hawks Creek Golf Club,<\/b> 6520 White Settlement Road in Westworth Village, had a score of 66.
