It is believed he was wearing a flotation device when he was struck by a wave.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\">Police said he was with two other men when the incident occurred. One of the men, who entered the water in an unsuccessful attempt to retrieve him, was rescued by a passing vessel and is uninjured.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\">Investigations are under way.
