Fire crews swiftly contained a commercial fire in Phoenix on Sunday, and an investigation is underway.<\/p>\n
PHOENIX \u2014 Fire crews responded to a commercial structure fire Sunday afternoon near 19th Avenue and Jefferson Street in Phoenix.<\/p>\n
According to fire officials, crews were dispatched around 1:15 p.m. after reports of a fire inside a large commercial building. When firefighters arrived, they found smoke and flames coming from inside the structure.<\/p>\n
Due to the size of the building, the incident was upgraded to a First Alarm response, bringing in additional crews and equipment to assist at the scene.<\/p>\n
Firefighters deployed hose lines inside the building and were able to quickly knock down the fire before it spread to nearby structures.<\/p>\n
Officials said no injuries have been reported.<\/p>\n
Investigators remained at the scene Sunday afternoon, working to determine what caused the fire.<\/p>\n
