{"id":787864,"date":"2026-05-11T02:55:15","date_gmt":"2026-05-11T02:55:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/787864\/"},"modified":"2026-05-11T02:55:15","modified_gmt":"2026-05-11T02:55:15","slug":"united-foods-international-celebrates-grand-opening-in-phoenix","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/787864\/","title":{"rendered":"United Foods International celebrates grand opening in Phoenix"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>United Foods International celebrated the grand opening of its new 126,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Phoenix on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>The Japanese-based liquids producer\u2019s new facility is located near the Loop 202 and Dobbins Road at the Envision Dobbins 202 West Industrial Park, strengthening Phoenix as a leading hub for manufacturing and distribution in addition to creating more jobs and expanding production capacity.<\/p>\n<p>The building is expected to employ up to 100 people.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPhoenix continues to be a top destination for global companies looking to grow,\u201d Mayor Kate Gallego said in a press release. \u201cUnited Foods International\u2019s decision showcases the growing strength of Japanese investment in our city and reflects the global confidence in Phoenix for the future.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gpec.org\/news\/press-releases\/united-foods-international-opens-phoenix-manufacturing-facility\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">UFI<\/a> will be \u201ccapable of processing eight million gallons of liquid products annually\u201d in the new facility, with the ability to double its production in Arizona to over 13 millions gallons per year, according to the release.<\/p>\n<p>RELATED STORIES<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProjects like this are the result of strong partnerships and intentional planning,\u201d Ryan Touhill,\u00a0 the director of the City of Phoenix community and economic development department, said. \u201cManufacturing continues to play a critical role in Phoenix\u2019s economic growth, and investments like UFI\u2019s create quality jobs and long-term opportunity for our residents.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>UFI\u2019s investment in Phoenix continues to build momentum in the <a href=\"https:\/\/ktar.com\/business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Valley\u2019s manufacturing sector<\/a>, from food production and advanced manufacturing to logistics.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPhoenix offers everything we need to grow.
