One person was critically injured after a crash with a Fort Worth police car early Sunday, police said.<\/p>\n

One person was critically injured after a crash with a Fort Worth police car early Sunday, police said.<\/p>\n

A black Chevrolet Malibu was traveling westbound about 2:45 a.m. Sunday in the 6500 block of Camp Bowie Boulevard, police said in a statement.<\/p>\n

A Fort Worth police car was traveling eastbound when the Chevrolet attempted to turn left on a flashing yellow arrow to travel southbound onto the 3400 block of Clayton Road, according to police.<\/p>\n

The police car hit the Chevrolet in the front passenger door, police said.<\/p>\n

The passenger of the Chevrolet was taken to a hospital and is in critical condition, police said.<\/p>\n

Police did not provide further details about if the officer was injured or the specifics of how the police car was impacted.<\/p>\n
