A recipient\u2019s allocated Wednesday depends on the date of birth of the worker who has accrued the entitlement.<\/p>\n<p>In May 2026, this payment timeline is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Born on 1st-10th of any month: <b>Wednesday, May 13<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Born on 11th-20th of any month: <b>Wednesday, May 20<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Born on 21st-31st of any month: <b>Wednesday, May 27<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\">As May began on a Friday, <b>this month\u2019s three-Wednesdays cycle is triggered at the <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/en.as.com\/latest_news\/bad-news-for-social-security-recipients-this-is-the-reason-why-payments-go-out-later-in-may-f202604-n\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/en.as.com\/latest_news\/bad-news-for-social-security-recipients-this-is-the-reason-why-payments-go-out-later-in-may-f202604-n\/\"><b>second-latest<\/b><\/a><b> point possible<\/b>.
