Following a 2021 strategic partnership, Thorofare operates as an affiliate of Callodine Group and focuses on $10 million to $100 million transactions tied to value-add and transitional properties across 32 states. In 2025, the firm originated nearly $700 million across 22 loan transactions. In early 2026, Thorofare closed $74.2 million in two Southern California loans \u2013 including a $52.2 million industrial refinancing in Anaheim and a $22 million office-to-residential conversion loan in Mid-Wilshire.
