The City of Arlington\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arlingtontx.gov\/Parks-Places\/Facilities\/Aquatics\/Pools\/Bad-Konigshofen-Family-Aquatic-Center\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Opens in a new window\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Bad K\u00f6nigshofen Family Aquatic Center<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arlingtontx.gov\/Parks-Places\/Facilities\/Aquatics\/Pools\/Randol-Mill-Family-Aquatic-Center\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Opens in a new window\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Randol Mill Family Aquatic Center<\/a> and its three free outdoor splash pads open on Memorial Day weekend, May 23-May 25, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The City\u2019s two smaller outdoor pools, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arlingtontx.gov\/Parks-Places\/Facilities\/Aquatics\/Pools\/Allen-Bolden-Outdoor-Pool\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Opens in a new window\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Allen Bolden Outdoor Pool<\/a> at Vandergriff Park and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arlingtontx.gov\/Parks-Places\/Facilities\/Aquatics\/Pools\/Howard-Moore-Play-Pool\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Opens in a new window\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Howard Moore Park<\/a>, will open for the season on Saturday, May 30 and will be open six days a week through Aug. 9. The aquatic centers at SJ Stovall Park in south Arlington and Randol Mill Park in north Arlington, as well as the free outdoor splash pads, will remain open through Labor Day weekend.<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, Woodland West Outdoor Pool will be closed this season as the City builds a new aquatics facility to open in its place in summer 2027.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.arlingtontx.gov\/Parks-Places\/Facilities\/Recreation-Centers\/East-Library-and-Recreation-Center\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Opens in a new window\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">East Library and Recreation Center Indoor Pool<\/a>\u00a0is open to Arlington residents year-round.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arlingtontx.gov\/Parks-Places\/Facilities\/Aquatics\/Pools\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Opens in a new window\" class=\"styled-button-calltoaction\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">All Arlington Pool Locations and Hours<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Memorial Day Weekend Pool Hours<\/p>\n<p>Bad K\u00f6nigshofen Family Aquatic Center, S.J. This change is designed to improve the guest experience by reducing the amount of trash left in the pool area. Dietary restrictions, food allergies and baby formula are exceptions. Guests may bring in food from home. Concessions are also available for sale at the Bad K\u00f6nigshofen Family Aquatic Center and the Randol Mill Family Aquatic Center.<\/p>\n<p>Guests who bring in coolers that measure 20 inches by 20 inches or larger will also be assessed a fee. The cooler fee is $5 at the Howard Moore and Allen Bolden pools and $10 at the Randol Mill and Bad K\u00f6nigshofen family Aquatic centers. All coolers, whether hard-sided or soft-sided, will be inspected at the pool entrance. As always, glass containers and alcohol are not permitted.<\/p>\n<p>Splash Pads<\/p>\n<p>Arlington\u2019s free outdoor splash pads are open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The Beacon&#8217;s splash pad will be open Memorial Day from noon to 4 p.m. This splash pad features a water maze and spray ground as well as covered shelters available for rent. Splash pad use is available for members or enjoy access with an $8 day pass.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arlingtontx.gov\/Parks-Places\/Facilities\/Recreation-Centers\/East-Library-and-Recreation-Center\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Opens in a new window\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">East Library and Recreation Center Indoor Pool<\/a>\u00a0is open to Arlington residents year-round.<\/p>\n<p>Arlington operates its aquatics facilities following policies, practices and protocols designed to protect public health as outlined in its Bakari Williams Protocol, which was implemented in 2022.
