In North Texas, the trend is the focus of several businesses, which are experimenting with the popular product, using it in fruity blends and sweet lattes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Here\u2019s a list of cafes in the D-FW area serving matcha with unique twists.<\/p>\n<p>Chasen Matcha Bar<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Located in Oak Cliff, Chasen Matcha Bar\u2019s menu is focused solely on the green tea drink. Only open on weekends, the matcha bar provides customers with variations from a sweet-tooth\u2019s dream with the Oreo cream top matcha &#8211; made with matcha, vanilla, and crushed Oreos &#8211; to more nutty flavors like the seion matcha latte, which features notes of almonds and brown butter. <\/p>\n<p>Eat Drink D-FW<\/p>\n<p class=\"dmnc_features-cta-social-cta-social-module__zWZy- mb-4\">The latest food and drink reviews, recipes and info on the D-FW food scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Currently, Chasen Matcha Bar\u2019s summer menu also includes a seasonal mango matcha and matcha limeade. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">416 N Tyler St., Dallas.<\/p>\n<p>Hyphen Space<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">In Deep Ellum, Hyphen Space doubles as a cafe and \u201ccreative space\u201d with amenities like a photo studio available. The business\u2019 matcha drinks come equipped with unique flavor combos, such as the pandamonium and the yuzu creamsicle. The pandamonium adds a dash of fresh, vanilla-flavored pandan syrup, while the yuzu creamsicle fuses citrusy yuzu syrup with matcha. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Hyphen Space also hosts matcha workshops for those that want to learn to make matcha, along with the history behind the tea leaf. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">4100 Commerce St., Dallas.<\/p>\n<p>Junbi <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Junbi provides an assortment of fruit-themed matcha mixtures, from taro to blueberry. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">As a part of its limited \u201cGolden Peach\u201d series, Junbi is serving two different golden peach matcha variations, one with vanilla cold foam and a cold brew.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">In addition to its drinks, Junbi sells matcha soft serves. Matcha makes frequent appearances on its menu, with many signature drinks having a matcha option such as the butterfly latte or the french toast latte.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">A new, limited time matcha was added to the cafe\u2019s menu in a collaboration with TikTok food critic Keith Lee. The \u201cLa La Land X Keith Lee Latte\u201d is a matcha latte mixed with a \u201csecret syrup,\u201d and topped with a matcha cloud, a whole strawberry and matcha powder. The latte is available in all locations through July 27. With a pure-matcha menu, customers can indulge in matcha parfaits, soft serves and drinks. Customers choose their \u201clevel\u201d of matcha, running from level 1 to 3 based on intensity of flavor. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The menu includes other creative bites such as matcha shaved ice, coupled with mochi balls and red beans.
