‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Dorit Kemsley<\/strong><\/a> allegedly used one of their kids in an attempt to have her ex, PK Kemsley<\/strong><\/a>, cough up money for a spring break trip … TMZ has learned.<\/p>\n In new divorce docs, PK alleges Dorit has involved their children in their “financial disputes<\/strong><\/a>.”<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n He says … “While I was attempting to address financial issues with [Dorit], she enlisted our [kid] to send text messages to me requesting money for [Dorit’s] personal expenses, including a trip she wanted to take with the children.”<\/p>\n <\/p>\n PK submitted the alleged text exchange from April from his child as evidence in court, which reads, \u201cDaddy, do you want us to have a fun spring break?\u201d In the messages, PK wrote \u201cYes, puppy of course. But because I know you\u2019re super smart before you try and outsmart your daddy, just bear in mind, the creator is always smarter than the creation\u201c … to which the kid replied, “Yeah, that really helps with the fun spring break.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Later in the convo, PK asked \u201cWhy did you ask me if you want to have a good spring break a fun one?\u201d In the alleged exchange, the child said, \u201cForget it\u201d which led to PK writing, \u201cNo I don\u2019t want too \u2026 tell me.\u201d<\/p>\n The kid eventually said, \u201cWhy can\u2019t you just book us a holiday? Mommy pays for everything?\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cHow do you know who pays for everything my love?\u201d he asked. The kid replied, \u201cCan you just pay and book us a flight?\u201d<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n \u201cLol I don\u2019t know where you want to go, so I wouldn\u2019t know what to book … it is 1030, you need to go to sleep,\u201d PK said to which the kid said, \u201cOk, goodnight.\u201d<\/p>\n PK is using the texts to try to prove his case that Dorit is spending like crazy<\/strong><\/a> on luxury items while ignoring their marital home\u2019s mortgage, which he claims is close to foreclosure<\/strong><\/a>.
