A new era is taking shape for one of the Valley\u2019s long-standing hospitality landmarks as Hilton Phoenix Resort at The Peak<\/a> unveils the first completed phase of its $100 million repositioning project. Following its acquisition by Pivotal Group in 2024, the resort has begun rolling out a comprehensive transformation designed to modernize the guest experience while honoring its roots in Phoenix hospitality.<\/p>\n

At the center of this first phase is the introduction of the Ocotillo Wing, formerly known as the South Tower. The reimagined space features 208 fully upgraded all-suite accommodations, redesigned to offer a residential feel with expanded comfort and contemporary finishes. The wing is now open and welcoming guests just in time for Arizona\u2019s peak travel and event season.<\/p>\n

The arrival experience has also been redefined. Guests are now welcomed into The Living Room, a reworked lobby concept that blends indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. Anchored by a large lobby bar and surrounded by varied seating areas and fire pits. Guests can connect, unwind, and hang out with a menu that offers shareables, flatbreads, sandwiches, salads, beer, wine, and cocktails, reinforcing the lobby\u2019s role as a gathering point. The Pantry provides a convenient grab-and-go option.<\/p>\n
