Jefferson St., Suite 180, in CityScape, the new restaurant places Mo\u2019 Bettahs in the heart of downtown, just steps from major office towers, entertainment venues and the city\u2019s central business district. The opening gives Phoenix diners a new go-to for quick, satisfying meals rooted in Hawaiian tradition, while also building on the brand\u2019s recent Arizona debut and broader expansion into new markets through a corporate-led approach focused on consistency and long-term performance.<\/p>\n<p>Guests will be welcomed ahead of opening day with Friends and \u2018Ohana celebration events on\u00a0 Friday, May 15, and Saturday, May 16. Both days will feature lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and dinner from 6 to 8 p.m. Guests will receive a complimentary mini plate and drink, along with swag, giveaways and the opportunity to meet the brand\u2019s founders, Kimo and Kalani Mack.<\/p>\n<p>Friday evening\u2019s dinner will extend into a community block party at Patriot\u2019s Square at CityScape, featuring yard games, vendor booths and a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 5:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2008, Mo\u2019 Bettahs was built on the recipes, culture and hospitality the founders grew up with in O\u2018ahu. The menu reflects those roots, featuring traditional Hawaiian plate lunches with options such as grilled teriyaki chicken or steak, kalua pig, pulehu chicken, katsu chicken and shrimp tempura, all served with steamed rice, veggies or macaroni salad.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMo\u2019 Bettahs has always been about bringing people together over great food and genuine hospitality,\u201d said Kimo Mack. \u201cWe\u2019re looking forward to becoming part of the downtown Phoenix community and sharing the traditions we grew up with in a way that feels welcoming and true to who we are.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant will officially open to the public on Monday, May 18, with a buy-one, get-one-free offer on regular plates for guests who mention the promotion at the register.<\/p>\n<p>Guests can also join the <a title=\"Makana Rewards\" href=\"https:\/\/mobettahs.com\/app\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Makana Rewards<\/strong><\/a> program to begin earning points with every purchase, receive a free mini plate after their first visit, and unlock future perks, including birthday treats and exclusive offers.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant will be open Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and closed on Sundays. Guests can dine in, order takeout or explore catering options.<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u2019 Bettahs has grown steadily in recent years, expanding into new markets while maintaining its focus on food, family and community.
