Investigators said multiple suspects engaged in sexually explicit conversations with people they believed were minors. As the probe progressed, detectives identified and arrested four suspects.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Arrested were:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 kDvXdO font_openSans articleList\">\n<li class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__StackBase-sc-1fnzlkn-7 ecGWWE iQviKm\">\n<p>James Michael Diehl, 62, of Fort White;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__StackBase-sc-1fnzlkn-7 ecGWWE iQviKm\">\n<p>Alan Wayne Price, 39, of Lake City;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__StackBase-sc-1fnzlkn-7 ecGWWE iQviKm\">\n<p>Albert David Moore, 67, of Live Oak; and<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__StackBase-sc-1fnzlkn-7 ecGWWE iQviKm\">\n<p>Thomas J. Fortune, 40, of Jacksonville.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">The suspects face charges including using electronic communication devices to facilitate unlawful sexual conduct involving minors, transmitting harmful material to minors and solicitation-related offenses. Some arrests also included charges of traveling to meet a child after using a computer to lure a child, authorities said. Additional charges are possible as detectives continue reviewing digital evidence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">\u201cOperations like this are critical to protecting children from online predators who use the internet to target minors,\u201d Lake City Police Chief Gerald Butler said, thanking the Suwannee County Sheriff\u2019s Office and the Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Office for their assistance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">The investigation is active and additional arrests are possible.
