\n\tThe Grammy Awards<\/a> will be held on Feb. 7, 2027, as the ceremony moves to ABC<\/a>, Hulu and Disney+ in the U.S. after more than 50 years on CBS.<\/p>\n

\n\tNominations for the 69th annual Grammy kudos will be revealed on Nov. 16. The ceremony will originate live from Crypto.com Arena in downtown Los Angeles. There\u2019s no official word on a producer yet but it is expected that Ben Winston will continue at the helm of the event that he has steered since 2021.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThe Grammys are all about celebrating the music that moves the world, and this moment is built on exactly that,\u201d said Harvey Mason jr., CEO of the Grammys. \u201cThis is an exciting time for us as an organization \u2014 a new home and a bold new chapter for the Grammy Awards. We\u2019re just getting started and the best is yet to come.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tDisney and ABC are mounting a big promotional push to tout the Grammys relocation to new platforms. Rita Ferro, Disney\u2019s president of global advertising, spoke on Monday\u2019s \u201cDaily Variety\u201d podcast<\/a> about the event\u2019s importance to the Mouse House\u2019s TV strategy for 2027. <\/a><\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cCome January, we have four of the biggest live events across entertainment and sports. We have the college football championship. Then we go to the first time ever the Grammys will be on ABC and across our our portfolio of streaming platforms,\u201d Ferro said. \u201cA week later, we\u2019ll have the Super Bowl for the first time in over 20 years on ESPN and ABC. And a couple weeks later, we\u2019re going to have the Oscars. Four events that would normally sit across four different companies are all sitting here. So that is a big driver of engagement, excitement and fandom in a way that no one has really brought to market before.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tAs usual, the eligibility period for the kudos runs Aug. 31, 2025 through Aug. 31, 2026. First-round nominations voting will be held Oct. 12-22. Final round voting is set for Dec. 10, 2026-Jan. 7, 2027.<\/p>\n
