{"id":792502,"date":"2026-05-13T03:10:15","date_gmt":"2026-05-13T03:10:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/792502\/"},"modified":"2026-05-13T03:10:15","modified_gmt":"2026-05-13T03:10:15","slug":"free-pet-adoptions-on-wednesday-after-spurs-secure-major-game-5-win-over-timberwolves","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/792502\/","title":{"rendered":"Free pet adoptions on Wednesday after Spurs secure major Game 5 win over Timberwolves!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SAN ANTONIO &#8211; Spurs fans have another reason to celebrate after the team pulled out a third win against the Minnesota Timberwolves in Round 2 of the Western Conference semifinals.<\/p>\n<p>San Antonio Animal Care Services announced that Wednesday, May 13 will be a $0 adoptions day at the city shelter. <\/p>\n<p>The agency said that each day following a Spurs win throughout the playoffs, adoption fees will drop to $0 for all dogs, cats, puppies and kittens at SAACS.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSpurs fans are encouraged to take a shelter pet from the kennel to the couch to cheer on our home team,\u201d the release said.<\/p>\n<p>All SAACS adoptions include the pet\u2019s sterilization, a registered microchip, initial vaccinations, and lifetime access to shelter trainers, according to the agency. When available, additional promotional giveaways may take place.<\/p>\n<p>SAACS is located at 4710 State Highway 151, 78227.
