Baltimore-based HCM, a leading architecture, planning, landscape architecture, and interior design firm, has opened a new office in Dallas. The office \u201cbetter positions the firm to support new and ongoing projects in the area and aligns with HCM\u2019s mission of meeting our clients where they are,\u201d the firm said in its announcement.<\/strong><\/p>\n Located at 4849 Greenville Avenue within the 16-floor Two Energy Square building, the Dallas office will be led by Monica Robertson, AIA, the firm\u2019s housing\/mixed-use studio leader.<\/p>\n Robertson \u201cbrings extensive experience in multifamily housing, mixed-use, senior living, and affordable housing projects,\u201d HCM said. She\u2019ll be supported by key members of HCM\u2019s leadership team, including Chris Harvey, Frank Andr\u00e9, and Jennifer Harpe, \u201censuring continuity, depth of expertise, and access to the firm\u2019s full national resources.\u201d<\/p>\n HCM CEO Tim Barnhill said that with the new office, his firm is \u201cstrategically positioned to serve the Dallas area and tap into the economic driver that is the DFW market.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAs we establish physical roots in Texas, this expansion underscores our commitment to the region,\u201d Barnhill added in a statement.<\/p>\n Made its mark on the Arlington Entertainment District\u00a0<\/p>\n HCM has partnered with numerous clients in Texas, including Wilks Development, Mill Creek Residential, Crescent Communities, Howard Hughes Holdings, Kisco Senior Living, Erickson Senior Living, The Texas Rangers, and The Cordish Companies.
