Now, it appears the breakfast spot has found its permanent new home.<\/p>\n<p>Ann Sather<strong> will be taking over the former Yolk restaurant location at 1819 W. Division St.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ann Sather is opening a new Wicker Park restaurant in July<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/blockclubchicago.org\/2026\/05\/12\/ann-sather-opening-in-wicker-park-this-summer-at-former-yolk-space\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"shortcode-outbound-link\" data-has-ga=\"true\" data-ga-type=\"click\" data-label=\"https:\/\/blockclubchicago.org\/2026\/05\/12\/ann-sather-opening-in-wicker-park-this-summer-at-former-yolk-space\/\" data-action=\"text_cta_1\" data-category=\"click_non_sales\">Block Club Chicago<\/a>, a sign in the window announced that the Swedish breakfast and lunch staple<strong>, renowned for its cinnamon rolls, is \u201ccoming in July.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Division Street venue <strong>will succeed the Belmont location, marking it as the third Ann Sather establishment in the city.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This <strong>new Ann Sather will not only continue its tradition of serving scrumptious breakfasts but will also introduce a dedicated to-go bakery section<\/strong> where customers can pick up their favorite cinnamon rolls and a variety of other pastries. <\/p>\n<p>Adding to the atmosphere,<strong> a sidewalk caf\u00e9 will feature an additional 40-50 seats, <\/strong>enhancing the indoor dining capacity of approximately 150 diners.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the new location,<strong> Ann Sather also has restaurants at 3415 N. Broadway and 1147 W.
