The project is run by Urimat Hospitality Group, part of the NYC Korean restaurant and bar company KTM Group.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph n2hx75i _1knl15h1 _1knl15h0 cej01i1\">The clarified cocktails are some of the best I\u2019ve had in a while, with clear flavors that aren\u2019t overpowering. I enjoyed my tomato and white kimchi ($18), a gin drink made with capers, fino cherry, and celery, popped up with a cherry tomato garnish.
