Brooklyn <\/strong>and Nicola Peltz Beckham<\/strong><\/a> appear to have finally found their \u201cdream\u201d marital home in the form of a $16 million Beverly Hills, CA<\/a>, mansion that they quietly snapped up back in December.<\/p>\n

As first reported by The Sun<\/a>, the happy couple are the proud new owners of an opulent property in the exclusive Trousdale Estates community, just a stone\u2019s throw from an estate that is owned by the Beckhams\u2019 longtime family friend, Elton John<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Property records indicate that the home was purchased at the end of 2024 via an LLC, with a source close to the Peltz Beckhams revealing to Realtor.com\u00ae<\/a> that they came across the abode after a lengthy search for their \u201cdream\u201d marital home.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019d been in the hunt for a dream home for a while and they fell in love with this place when they saw it,\u201d the insider shared. \u201cThey are looking forward to building a life there together.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brooklyn, 26, and Nicola, 30, scored quite the deal on the four-bedroom, six-bathroom \u201cvilla,\u201d which had previously been put on the market for just under $19 million, although it had been delisted several months before the couple closed on it.<\/p>\n

Interestingly, the lavish dwelling is located just a five-minute drive from the Peltz Beckhams\u2019 former abode, which they bought in 2021 for a hefty $10.5 million, then proceeded to sell at a loss just eight months later, offloading it for $9.25 million.<\/p>\n

Nicola later opened up about what she admitted was a \u201csilly\u201d decision to buy the property during an interview with Cosmopolitan<\/a>, conceding that she and Brooklyn rushed into the purchase before they were really ready to settle down.<\/p>\n

She explained that the couple had initially decided to sell the home because they would likely be spending more time in\u00a0Florida<\/a>\u2014where her father is based and where Brooklyn\u2019s dad, soccer legend\u00a0David Beckham<\/strong>, is co-owner of the local team,\u00a0Inter Miami CF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe sold it because we were like, \u2018Oh, we\u2019re going to go to Florida<\/a> for a while.\u2019 And then we\u2019re like, \u2018No, just kidding, we have to be in L.A. for work,’\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n

Now, they have found that \u201cdream house\u201d just minutes away from their mansion mistake\u2014although their impressive new purchase has already been mired in controversy amid claims that the couple\u2019s decision to settle down in California<\/a> has exacerbated a so-called feud with Brooklyn\u2019s family.<\/p>\n

According to The Sun, tensions have arisen over how much financial support the Peltz Beckhams are receiving from their respective families\u2014although other insiders were quick to insist that the property purchase is nothing but a sweet \u201cmilestone\u201d for the duo.<\/p>\n

\u201cMoney, so the saying goes, is the root of all evil. Certainly, in the case of the Beckhams vs Peltzes, it\u2019s proven\u2026 tricksy,\u201d one source told The Sun.<\/p>\n

However, another insider told The Mirror<\/a> that there was no truth to claims that the couple was involved in any kind of disagreement with the Beckhams, saying it is \u201cabsurd\u201d for anyone to think that Brooklyn and Nicola\u2019s home purchase was anything more than a positive step forward.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s disappointing\u2014and frankly absurd\u2014that anyone would try to twist Nicola and Brooklyn\u2019s marriage, and this meaningful milestone of home ownership, into something toxic,\u201d the source said, adding that the couple\u2019s decision to settle down in Los Angeles spoke to Brooklyn\u2019s long-running connection to the city.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe attended school in L.A. for several years and built a life and friendships in the city. L.A. has always felt like home to him,\u201d they said.<\/p>\n

Records indicate that the couple did not purchase their new home in cash, but rather took out a 15-year mortgage of close to $13 million.<\/p>\n

While the Peltz Beckhams\u2019 new home is significantly more expensive than their previous property, the original listing for the dwelling suggests that it came complete with an array of high-end amenities, including more than $100,000 worth of furniture and art.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the property boasts a wet bar, fitness center, movie theater, and multiple olive trees.<\/p>\n

Before purchasing the home, Nicola and Brooklyn are understood to have been residing in a luxury condo unit just a short distance from Beverly Hills, which Nicola\u2019s mother,\u00a0Claudia Heffner Peltz<\/strong>, purchased for $3.8 million in 2012.<\/p>\n

The 11th-floor unit in a high-rise building boasts three bedrooms, five bathrooms, and 3,520 square feet of living space\u2014a far cry from their luxurious new abode.<\/p>\n
