Maria says she disputes this claim.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"continued\" class=\"continued-anchor\"\/><\/p>\n<p>In any event, Maria argues the alleged payments are irrelevant to liability or damages &#8230; because it does not prove or disprove whether the actual attack took place, the nature and extent of her injuries, and whether Brown should be held responsible.<\/p>\n<p>She also argues a witness can testify only if they have personal knowledge &#8230; and she says &#8220;there is no witness with personal knowledge who can testify that such payments were made.&#8221; She insists that including the alleged evidence will only serve to prejudice the jury against her.<\/p>\n<p>            Play video content<\/p>\n<p>                    <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/40779d63e8d1440f81f3f3bef071b257_md.jpg\" alt=\"chris-brown-tmz-live\" width=\"728\" height=\"410\" class=\"img-fluid\"\/><\/p>\n<p>As you know &#8230; Maria&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/05\/01\/chris-brown-ex-housekeeper-fights-for-dog-attack-photos-in-court\/\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>suing Chris<\/strong><\/a> for $90 million after she claims his dog viciously attacked her &#8230; leaving her with extensive damage to her face in shocking photos she wants to show at trial.<\/p>\n<p>Brown has denied these claims &#8230; claiming instead that his ex-housekeeper provoked the dog.<\/p>\n<p>The trial is set to begin June 15.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Chris Brown\u2019s Ex-Housekeeper Whether or Not Chris Brown&#8217;s People Paid Me Is Irrelevant!!!
