While details are limited, a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026019435\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration (TDLR)<\/a> shows the hotel is planning a &#8220;complete interior renovation with exterior upgrades, including addition\/modification of patios, addition of shade structures, and landscape work.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The $9 million remodel is expected to begin on August 3 and be completed by January 30, 2027, according to the\u00a0TDLR.
