They\u2019re a trendy al fresco option for those who appreciate chill vibes and the feeling of being in Austin without the three-and-a-half-hour drive.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>There are countless food trucks in and around Fort Worth, many with a rotation of spots they can be found regularly. If you intend to check any of these out, you should call or visit their social media beforehand to verify their schedule.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Modern Mexican street food at Flama Blanca<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/laflamablancatx\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Flama Blanca<\/a>, which serves from the patio of Tulips and Low Doubt Bar, participated in this year\u2019s Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival in the Tacos + Tequila category, with chef Jake Morgan representing the eatery. They also deliver via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.doordash.com\/store\/flama-blanca-fort-worth-40585193\/100734957\/?cursor=eyJzZWFyY2hfaXRlbV9jYXJvdXNlbF9jdXJzb3IiOnsicXVlcnkiOiJmbGFtYSBibGFuY2EiLCJpdGVtX2lkcyI6W10sInNlYXJjaF90ZXJtIjoiZmxhbWEgYmxhbmNhIiwidmVydGljYWxfaWQiOi05OTksInZlcnRpY2FsX25hbWUiOiJhbGwiLCJxdWVyeV9pbnRlbnQiOiJGT09EX0RJU0gifSwic3RvcmVfcHJpbWFyeV92ZXJ0aWNhbF9pZHMiOlsxLDExMDA0NSw0XX0=&amp;pickup=false\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Doordash<\/a>, so diners looking to avoid parking on St. Louis Avenue have options when it comes to enjoying the Flama Blanca menu.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>According to its Instagram, this truck serves a twist on Mexican street food, namely elote salad, quesadillas, elote cups and a smash chorizo burger with bacon, mozzarella, salsa and tequila-braised onions. Some add-ons include roasted poblano and grilled onions, slow-cooked shredded pork carnitas and achiote-marinated grilled chicken.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>112 St. Louis Ave., Fort Worth; 512-757-4417<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Late-night falafels at Sheisho\u2019s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Looking for falafel at 1 a.m. but don\u2019t know anywhere that\u2019s still open? You do now, because Sheisho\u2019s off West Lancaster serves 6 p.m.-2 a.m. and is also available through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.doordash.com\/store\/sheisho&#039;s-fort-worth-34514799\/70838748\/?srsltid=AfmBOooleT9Oaty6qP-1zIVZijc6WUmQGaXsOemrTgv0BAV9g5PyyCKp\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Doordash<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>They have falafels over rice or wrapped in Levantine bread, fried or grilled chicken, hummus, chicken tenders and waffle fries. There\u2019s also the Zinger, a chicken tender wrap with red pickles and house sauce in Levantine bread and served with a side of fries. If you\u2019re wanting a bit of everything, you can always go with the Kitchen Sink, which has \u2026 well, everything in one box and all covered in house sauce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2828 W. Lancaster Ave., Fort Worth<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cambodian cuisine at Street Stick Bites<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The menu at Street Stick Bites in Watauga is small and simple, but isn\u2019t that usually what people want from food trucks? Simplicity?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This Cambodian street food truck focuses on Khmer-style skewered meats of chicken, beef or pork. Their current menu isn\u2019t available online, but a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DWLAYJ4jFTg\/?hl=en\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">late-March reel<\/a> on their Instagram showed a few other dishes on offer: fried rice bowls with beef, shrimp, chicken or a combo of all, and lo mein with either chicken or beef. Egg rolls were also served for 75 cents each or five for $3.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>6124 Watauga Road, Watauga; 817-747-9047<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>So much meat at Wicked 3D BBQ<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This barbecue joint in Pantego posts their schedule on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=61572718595926#\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Facebook<\/a>, so foodies know where to go when looking for Texas Twinkies, meat plates, brisket, brisket smash burgers and smoked chicken.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo\/?fbid=122185234622757286&amp;set=pb.61572718595926.-2207520000\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">menu<\/a> posted May 2 on Facebook featured the above dishes as well as a couple sides, including mac and cheese, brisket ranch-style beans, tater salad and slaw. Their brisket, turkey, pulled pork and sausage sandwich and meat plates come with two sides, and they\u2019ve got banana pudding and pumpkin cream cheese swirl for dessert.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>2901 W.
