{"id":796336,"date":"2026-05-14T17:52:13","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T17:52:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/796336\/"},"modified":"2026-05-14T17:52:13","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T17:52:13","slug":"wine-tasting-nights-are-back-at-this-scenic-los-angeles-hill-daily-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/796336\/","title":{"rendered":"Wine tasting nights are back at this scenic Los Angeles hill \u2013 Daily News"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It\u2019s time for wine lovers to raise a glass, or two, or three, or four and cheer again with the return of the Barnsdall Fridays Wine Tasting monthly summer event.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s hundreds of people hanging out and having a great time together,\u201d said Daniel Gerwin, president of the Barnsdall Art Park Foundation, which puts on the event.<\/p>\n<p>Held at the top of Olive Hill on the west lawn of Frank Lloyd Wright\u2019s historic Hollyhock House, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ocregister.com\/2024\/09\/17\/heres-the-best-way-to-enjoy-wine-tasting\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">wine tasting<\/a> event is a fundraiser for the Barnsdall Art Park Foundation. It supports the park, its arts programing and landscaping as well as the 1921 Hollyhock House, which is Los Angeles\u2019 only UNESCO World Heritage site and Frank Lloyd Wright\u2019s first Los Angeles commission.<\/p>\n<p>The wine tasting will take place every Friday from 5:30 to 9 p.m. on the grounds of<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailynews.com\/2022\/06\/16\/40-olive-trees-planted-in-las-barnsdall-park-part-of-historic-grove-restoration\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> Barnsdall Art Park<\/a> from May 29 through Sept. 11.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" lazyautosizes lazyload\" alt=\"The Barnsdall Fridays Wine Tasting monthly summer event returns this month.
