Howard Stern\u2019s wife, Beth Stern, revealed he\u2019s \u201cvery happy\u201d with his SiriusXM contract for his \u201cHoward Stern Show\u201d after toxic workplace claims<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\u201cI think his new schedule is working out really well for him. I think he\u2019s very happy with it,\u201d she shared on SiriusXM\u2019s \u201cAndy Cohen Live\u201d<\/a> Wednesday.<\/p>\n

She also revealed her \u201cvery influential\u201d role in the negotiation process for Howard\u2019s radio show and why she continues to encourage him to do it.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel that it\u2019s very good for him to continue [with SiriusXM]. He still enjoys doing it. He\u2019s still, I think, very good at it. I think it keeps him connected,\u201d she shared. <\/p>\n

Beth, 53, explained that the radio show provides her husband, 72, an \u201coutlet\u201d to share his many thoughts. <\/p>\n

Last December, the comedian announced to his listeners that he signed a contract with SiriusXM to continue his radio show for three more years<\/a> amid swirling retirement rumors<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am happy to announce that I have figured out a way to have it all,\u201d he said at the time. \u201cMore free time and continuing to be on the radio. Yes, we are coming back for three years.\u201d<\/p>\n

In his announcement, Howard added that his new contract will give him more \u201cflexibility.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI do like my days off. You know me, I\u2019m never bored. I\u2019m busy every minute,\u201d he shared.<\/p>\n

Beth\u2019s recent comments come weeks after she and Howard were sued by their former executive assistant<\/a> Leslie Kuhn, who accused them of creating a hostile work environment, in April.<\/p>\n

Last December, the shock jock announced that he signed a contract with SiriusXM to continue his radio show for three more years despite retirement rumors. The Howard Stern Show\/YouTube<\/p>\n

Howard noted that the new contract gives him more \u201cflexibility\u201d in his schedule. @sternshow\/X<\/p>\n

Kuhn detailed the \u201cimmense pressure\u201d of managing Howard and Beth\u2019s Hamptons home \u2014 as well as helping the latter run an\u00a0\u201cextensive at-home feline rescue and fostering operations\u201d<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 in court documents obtained by Page Six.<\/p>\n

Kuhn also claimed Howard\u2019s production company presented her with a nondisclosure agreement that she denies ever signing. She claimed that both the reasons she was fired and the NDA were \u201cmanufactured by the Defendants in general and Beth Stern in particular.\u201d<\/p>\n

Weeks later, the SiriusXM host filed to dismiss his ex-assistant\u2019s lawsuit<\/a>\u00a0against himself and Beth for\u00a0$2.5 million in damages.<\/p>\n

Howard dubbed the lawsuit a \u201cshakedown\u201d and \u201ctransparent sham\u201d in court documents obtained by Page Six.<\/p>\n

The former \u201cAmerica\u2019s Got Talent\u201d judge\u2019s lawyer, Ilene Farkas, told us her client was \u201cnot going to play this out in public.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Sterns are entitled to enforce non-disclosure agreements signed by employees who enter their home and their private life,\u201d the statement continued.<\/p>\n
