{"id":797465,"date":"2026-05-15T05:25:15","date_gmt":"2026-05-15T05:25:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/797465\/"},"modified":"2026-05-15T05:25:15","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T05:25:15","slug":"logan-square-arts-fest-returns-in-june-with-headliners-porches-bad-bad-hats-catie-turner-and-more","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/797465\/","title":{"rendered":"Logan Square Arts Fest Returns In June With Headliners Porches, Bad Bad Hats, Catie Turner And More"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LOGAN SQUARE \u2014 Porches, Bad Bad Hats and Catie Turner are among the musicians who will take the stages at this year\u2019s Logan Square Arts Festival.<\/p>\n<p>The popular Logan Square Arts Fest, <a href=\"https:\/\/blockclubchicago.org\/2026\/03\/09\/logan-square-arts-fest-returning-this-summer-after-skipping-a-year-due-to-construction\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">back this year<\/a> after skipping last year because of construction, announced its lineup Thursday. The fest will be June 26-28 at the Logan Square monument and expanded plaza space, 3150 W. Logan Blvd. It\u2019ll be the 14th rendition of the event in 17 years.<\/p>\n<p>The lineup includes 38 musical acts and performances, with Porches, a New York-based project of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vogue.com\/slideshow\/on-the-road-with-aaron-maine-of-porches\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer nofollow\">critically acclaimed songwriter and producer Aaron Maine<\/a>, set to take the main stage June 26. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.badbadhats.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external nofollow\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Bad Bad Hats<\/a>, the Minneapolis indie pop duo of Kerry Alexander and Chris Hoge, will headline June 27, and \u201cAmerican Idol\u201d alum <a href=\"https:\/\/catieturner.com\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Catie Turner<\/a> is headlining June 28.<\/p>\n<p>Other acts on the fest\u2019s first day include Naydja Bruton\u2019s Rhythm Ninjas, a drummer-led Chicago ensemble that\u2019s popular in the city\u2019s experimental and jazz-adjacent scene; <a href=\"https:\/\/voyagechicago.com\/interview\/meet-angel-davanport\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Angel Davanport<\/a>, a queer Chicago-based singer and rapper from Cabrini-Green who blends rap and R&amp;B; and indie rock pair OK Cool.<\/p>\n<p>Second-day supporting acts include a strong Chicago lineup featuring <a href=\"https:\/\/blockclubchicago.org\/2026\/04\/20\/with-accessory-jason-balla-of-dehd-enters-new-sonic-territory\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Accessory<\/a>, the solo project of Dehd\u2019s Jason Balla, who recently released his first album and is on tour; Abel, a Mexican-American Chicago singer-songwriter; and CRASHwolves.
