La Bistro Italian Grill, a fine-dining restaurant in Hurst known for supporting community events, has raised over $40,000 for Hill Country flood victims, the owners said Thursday on Facebook.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis was a massive effort for our small family restaurant<\/a>, and while it was a ton of work, we are so happy we did it,\u201d the post reads.<\/p>\n The fundraiser ran from July 7-10.
