After several attempts to contact ownership, MySA was able to verify the information with a Soluna employee who spoke on behalf of the restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>In a brief phone call, the\u00a0Soluna employee said that the Mexican restaurant plans to move into The Barn Door&#8217;s former location on North New\u00a0Braunfels Avenue in the next two years. In other words, Soluna may stay put at its Broadway home until at least 2028.<\/p>\n<p>Soluna has been a stop for Mexican food in San Antonio since 1979. In the years since it opened, the restaurant has become known for its chispa cocktails, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mysanantonio.com\/food\/article\/san-antonio-chispa-origin-19404181.php\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">which are often compared to margaritas<\/a>. Other menu highlights include fajitas, enchiladas and several seafood dishes.
