{"id":798494,"date":"2026-05-15T15:47:25","date_gmt":"2026-05-15T15:47:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/798494\/"},"modified":"2026-05-15T15:47:25","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T15:47:25","slug":"la-reveals-stunning-list-of-most-problematic-rentals-in-city","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/798494\/","title":{"rendered":"LA reveals stunning list of most problematic rentals in city"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los Angeles renters can now search a massive new online database exposing years of alleged housing violations tied to apartment buildings across the city \u2014 from illegal evictions to harassment complaints.<\/p>\n<p>The new \u201cTop 100 Problem Rental Properties\u201d dashboard launched by the office of LA City Controller Kenneth Mejia allows tenants to punch in virtually <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/04\/29\/real-estate\/los-angeles-rents-have-declined-but-a-big-salary-helps\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">any residential address in LA<\/a> and instantly see more than a decade\u2019s worth of reported complaints and code violations, dating back to December 2013.<\/p>\n<p>The database, available through the LA Controller\u2019s Problem Rental Properties dashboard, ranks the city\u2019s worst-offending rental addresses and details the number and type of violations connected to each property.<\/p>\n<p> prp.lacontroller.app<\/p>\n<p>According to the Controller\u2019s office, the three addresses with the highest number of housing violation cases were:<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd47 636\u00bd N. Hill St.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd48 11700 W. Wilshire Blvd.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd49 6650 W.
