But for Granger, the mission goes far beyond adjustments and treatment plans.

“The Chiroplace is a family wellness-focused chiropractic clinic,” Granger said. “Our main goal within the community is to educate on chiropractic and get our community feeling and moving better for the rest of your lives.”

The all-female chiropractic team is also helping break barriers in a profession where Black women remain underrepresented. Granger said creating an environment where patients feel comfortable and represented has helped bring chiropractic care to people who may have never considered it before.

“We bring a vibe to chiropractic,” Granger said. “Someone that’s going to make you feel comfortable because of someone that looks like you.”

That same passion inspired Granger to create ChiroBoss, a mentorship movement designed to help young chiropractors step into leadership and eventually become business owners themselves.

“For me with ChiroBoss, I feel like it’s helping me to step into my purpose as a chiropractor as a future clinic owner,” Dr. Jayda Williams, clinical director at The Chiroplace said.

Williams said her journey hasn’t always been easy. As a mother of three balancing life, school, and career goals, she credits mentorship and faith for helping her keep going.

“Trust God’s plan and God’s timing and know that He would not have called you to it if He was not going to see you through it,” Williams said.

Beyond patient care, The Chiroplace continues making an impact through health fairs, church events, and community education efforts throughout Memphis. Along the way, the team has earned recognition within the chiropractic profession, including Top 40 Under 40 honors.

Still, Granger said the biggest reward isn’t the awards.

“The greatest reward for us is being head down in the community, educating and seeing those patients walking through the door,” she said. “That’s our reward.”

Mentorship remains at the center of everything Granger does. She said she believes success means reaching back and helping someone else rise, too.

“You should look back and pull someone else with you,” Granger said. “That’s a part of my purpose.”

And for Williams, that support has meant everything.

“It feels so good to be seen,” she said.

Granger quickly responds with the same encouragement she pours into her team every day: “I know what she can do.”

Together, the women of The Chiroplace said they are committed to continuing to grow, uplift their community, and inspire the next generation of women to “boss up together.”

Granger said creating a comfortable, inclusive environment has helped introduce chiropractic care to people who had not previously…

[34
210,1060,67,132,68
0":"post-799453","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-medication","8":"tag-health","9":"tag-medication","10":"tag-united-states","11":"tag-unitedstates","12":"tag-us
["GET
