{"id":79952,"date":"2025-07-21T06:27:10","date_gmt":"2025-07-21T06:27:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/79952\/"},"modified":"2025-07-21T06:27:10","modified_gmt":"2025-07-21T06:27:10","slug":"barcelona-to-pay-e115000-to-rfef-for-two-new-summer-signings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/79952\/","title":{"rendered":"Barcelona to pay \u20ac115,000 to RFEF for two new summer signings"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Barcelona are <a href=\"https:\/\/barcauniversal.com\/new-barcelona-signing-to-undergo-medical-tomorrow-romero\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">on the verge of sealing a deal for Marcus Rashford<\/a>, who is expected to join the club on a loan deal.<\/p>\n<p>Rashford will become Barcelona\u2019s second major summer signing after Joan Garcia, notwithstanding the club\u2019s acquisition of Swedish talent Roony Bardghji.<\/p>\n<p>The big challenge for Barcelona now will be to register not only Garcia but also Rashford as they gear up for the new season.<\/p>\n<p>Barcelona to pay \u20ac115,000 to RFEF<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mundodeportivo.com\/futbol\/fc-barcelona\/20250720\/1002503205\/barca-tendra-pagar-rfef-115-000-euros-joan-garcia-rashford.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mundo Deportivo<\/a>, Barcelona will have to pay the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) around \u20ac115,618 in registration fees once the signings are processed. <\/p>\n<p>This amount, a fixed fee for each player registration in the top division, is mandatory and must be paid directly to the RFEF. <\/p>\n<p>For each player, the club owes \u20ac57,809, which means both Garcia and Rashford together will cost just over \u20ac115,000 in registration charges.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"680\" height=\"453\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image-4.png\" alt=\"Joan Garcia\" class=\"wp-image-171192\"  \/>Barcelona must register Joan Garcia and Marcus Rashford soon (Photo courtesy: X\/FCBarcelona)<\/p>\n<p>On top of this, Bar\u00e7a will also have to cover the standard player license fees for the 2025\u201326 campaign. <\/p>\n<p>The RFEF charges \u20ac1,268.5 per license for each player in the first-team squad. With a maximum of 25 players allowed, this amounts to an additional \u20ac31,000. <\/p>\n<p>In total, Barcelona are expected to pay approximately \u20ac146,618 in combined registration and licensing fees for the upcoming season.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny, who joined last season, won\u2019t require a repeat payment of this fee. <\/p>\n<p>Even though he must be re-registered, the original registration payment was already made when he signed for the club after briefly retiring from football.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the final registration of Rashford is expected to hinge on further outgoings.
