Ahead of Saturday\u2019s game, the White Sox announced that they had made a trade with the Athletics.<\/p>\n

The White Sox wrote (via X):<\/a> \u201cThe Chicago White Sox have acquired minor-league outfielder Junior P\u00e9rez from the Athletics in exchange for minor-league left-handed pitcher Jackson Nove. P\u00e9rez has been optioned to Class AAA Charlotte.\u201d<\/p>\n
