That was the message from veteran waterfront advocate Tom Fox as he unveiled a \u201cPlan B\u201d for rebooting the aging Manhattan Cruise Terminal. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" width=\"1250\" height=\"715\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Dattner-CityClub-MCT-PlanB-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-143451\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Along the way, Fox sees an opportunity to correct an historic disappointment: the failure of the City to provide Hell\u2019s Kitchen with attractive opportunities for public access to the waterfront like Chelsea and the West Village enjoy. \u201cThe neighborhood got short-changed,\u201d he said, \u201cand this is a chance to see that previous shortcomings are corrected.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Success!
