They arrived to find an altercation involving several people, according to a police report.<\/p>\n<p>Christian D. Harbaugh, 25, of Jacksonville was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge. He was accused of &#8220;engaging people in a physical altercation, causing others to be alarmed and disturbed,&#8221; according to a police report.<\/p>\n<p>Four others \u2014 Kesha N. Towne, 26, of Jacksonville; Chase S. Manns, 23, of Murrayville; Donald RJ Baker, 23, of Jacksonville; and Jasmine A. Romano, 25, of Jacksonville \u00a0\u2014 were arrested on battery charges.
