Getty Images<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNot one person on the planet actually thinks that Lupita Nyong\u2019o is \u2018the most beautiful woman in the world,&#8217;\u201d Walsh tweeted May 12 of the forthcoming Christopher Nolan-directed film.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut Christopher Nolan knows that he would be called racist if he gave \u2018the most beautiful woman\u2019 role to a white woman. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cNolan is technically talented but a coward. Getty Images<\/p>\n<p>Musk, 54, seconded Walsh\u2019s opinion, writing, \u201cTrue.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When someone asked, \u201cWhy is Christopher Nolan like so many other directors so keen to race swap white characters?\u201d the X owner responded, <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/05\/15\/entertainment\/elon-musk-accuses-christopher-nolan-of-pandering-for-awards-with-casting-in-the-odyssey\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u201cHe wants the awards.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Musk added that Nolan has \u201clost his integrity\u201d by casting the Oscar-winning actress, 43, in the role.<\/p>\n<p>The Tesla CEO (seen here in 2026) backed comments made by conservative pundit Matt Walsh. Getty Images<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month, Musk became incensed over rumors that trans actor Elliot Page had been cast as Achilles, the hero of the Trojan War.<\/p>\n<p>The billionaire wrote on X that the idea was \u201cone of the dumbest and twisted things I\u2019ve ever heard.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After it was announced that Page would actually portray the character Elpenor, Musk reposted a tweet that read, \u201cI\u2019m not mocking her masculinity.
