PHILADELPHIA, PA \u2014 FirstService Residential has rehired Andrew Sytnik as vice president of high-rise operations in Pennsylvania, a move the residential property management company is positioning as part of its broader expansion and operational strategy in the state\u2019s condominium and multifamily market.<\/p>\n
Sytnik returns to the company after previously serving in several management roles beginning in 2010, including community manager, regional manager, and regional director.<\/p>\n
In his new role, Sytnik will oversee high-rise operations and work with regional leadership teams to manage service delivery, operations, and business development activities across the Pennsylvania market.<\/p>\n
The company indicated he will report to Arthur Bartikofsky and collaborate with sales and operational teams supporting residential communities throughout the region.<\/p>\n
Michael Mendillo described Sytnik\u2019s return as a strategic addition to the company\u2019s Pennsylvania leadership team.<\/p>\n
