Amy Schumer is \u201cnot feeling very sexual\u201d after she underwent \u201ca botched colonoscopy.\u201d<\/p>\n
The actress gave the health update during a recent \u201cNot Skinny But Not Fat\u201d podcast event, \u201cDear Media by Night,\u201d\u00a0noting she feels \u201chappier than I\u2019ve ever been before,\u201d per US Weekly<\/a>.<\/p>\n The 44-year-old has gone through many life changes in the last year, including her major weight loss transformation<\/a> and her split from husband Chris Fischer.<\/a><\/p>\n Amy Schumer said during a \u201cNot Skinny But Not Fat\u201d podcast event that she\u2019s \u201cnot feeling very sexual\u201d after undergoing \u201ca botched colonoscopy.\u201d notskinnybutnotfat\/instagram<\/p>\n But Schumer (seen above) did note that she feels \u201chappier than I\u2019ve ever been before.\u201d amyschumer\/instagram<\/p>\n In December 2025, Schumer told her Instagram followers she lost 50 pounds to deal with a hormonal disorder caused Cushing syndrome that she was diagnosed with<\/a> in 2024.<\/p>\n Before that, Schumer confirmed she was taking weight-loss drug semaglutide<\/a>\u00a0after she tried Wegovy three years earlier and couldn\u2019t stop puking.<\/p>\n \u201cI couldn\u2019t handle it,\u201d she said in an Instagram video last March. \u201cI don\u2019t know if they\u2019ve changed the formula. Getty Images for The Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project<\/p>\n The actress has flaunted her weight loss transformation on social media, as seen in the photo above. amyschumer\/Instagram<\/p>\n The \u201cTrain Wreck\u201d actress has also assured fans that her weight loss has nothing to do with the demise of her marriage to Fischer, 45. <\/p>\n The exes, who share 7-year-old son Gene, announced they were splitting up<\/a> in December 2025 after almost eight years of marriage.<\/p>\n \u201cBlah blah blah Chris and I have made the difficult decision to end our marriage after 7 years,\u201d Schumer\u00a0captioned a lengthy Instagram\u00a0post.<\/p>\n \u201cWe love each other very much and will continue to focus on raising our son. We would appreciate people respecting our privacy at this time,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n
