The team confirmed that the bakery and cafe plans to open at 500 Washington Street in Hoboken, taking over the storefront currently occupied by Il Laboratorio del Gelato. At this time, it is unclear what that means for Il Laboratorio del Gelato\u2019s future in Hoboken. The name d\u00e4n comes from the Kazakh word for \u201cseed,\u201d reflecting the idea that great baking starts long before anything reaches the oven.
