An accounting and business consulting firm is relocating its offices to Midtown\u2019s 575 Madison Avenue<\/b>.<\/p>\n
The Chicago-based Prosperity Partners<\/a><\/b> took 24,426 square feet on the entire \u200b\u200b11th floor of the Steinberg & Pokoik<\/a><\/b>-owned, 25-story office tower between East 56th and East 57th streets, according to landlord broker CBRE<\/a><\/b>.<\/p>\n SEE ALSO: Gigi Hadid\u2019s Guest in Residence Brand Leases Second NYC Store at 1061 Madison Avenue<\/a><\/p>\n The tenant signed a 10-year lease with asking rents in the building ranging from $75 per square foot on the lower floors to $89 per square foot on the upper floors.<\/p>\n Prosperity Partners, which has repped several well-established restaurants in New York City, will move its offices to 575 Madison Avenue from 460 Park Avenue<\/b>, according to CBRE, though the firm\u2019s website shows a previous address on the 14th floor of 575 Madison.<\/p>\n \u201cAfter evaluating the broader Park Avenue and Plaza District submarkets, Prosperity Partners saw 575 Madison as the ideal location for its operations,\u201d CBRE\u2019s Gregg Rothkin<\/b> said in a statement.<\/p>\n Rothkin represented the landlord alongside CBRE\u2019s David Hollander<\/b>, Bradley Auerbach<\/b>, Maxwell<\/b> Tarter<\/b> and William Hooks<\/b>. Newmark<\/a><\/b>\u2019s Ben Shapiro<\/b>, Bill Levitsky<\/b> and Nathan Kropp<\/b> negotiated on behalf of the tenant alongside Michael Cohen<\/b>, Jessica Verdi<\/b> and Rachel<\/b> Kirkham<\/b> of Colliers<\/a><\/b>.<\/p>\n Newmark and Colliers did not immediately respond to requests for comment.<\/p>\n Other tenants in the building include cosmetics company Makeup by Mario<\/b>, which took 15,930 square feet in December 2025<\/a>, and financial services firm JTC Group<\/b>, which leased 15,926 square feet in August 2025<\/a>.<\/p>\n
