The Highlanders are ranked No. 1 for the first time this season. \u2026 Pacifica rises one notch to No. 4 with its 9-8 win in nine inning against Cypress in the second round in Division 1. \u2026 Mater Dei promotes one spot to No. 6 after reaching the Division 2 quarterfinals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ORANGE COUNTY SOFTBALL TOP 25<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(Records through Monday, May 18)<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. La Habra (22-7): <\/strong>Samantha Cervantes pitched a complete game in a 6-4 win against top-seeded Murrieta Mesa in the second round of the Division 1 playoffs. The senior threw four scoreless innings against Los Altos in the first round.<\/p>\n<p>Previous ranking: 4<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Orange Lutheran (21-8):<\/strong> Madelyn Armendariz went 6 for 7 with four doubles and three RBIs in two wins to help the Lancers reach Wednesday\u2019s Division 1 quarterfinal at La Habra.<\/p>\n<p>Previous ranking: 2<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. JSerra (22-8):<\/strong> Annabel Raftery went 5 for 7 with a home run, two doubles and two RBIs in a pair of victories as the Lions reached Wednesday\u2019s Division 1 quarterfinal at Pacifica.<\/p>\n<p>Previous ranking: 3<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Pacifica (19-10):<\/strong> Mattea Stern is 10 for 14 (.714) with five RBIs and multiple stellar catches in center field in her last three games.<\/p>\n<p>Previous ranking: 5<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
