\n\tAs The Boys comes to an end, one Homelander fan is not pleased with the Prime Video<\/a> show\u2019s series finale.<\/p>\n

\n\tFollowing the release of the episode \u2018Blood and Bone\u2019, Elon Musk<\/a> took to X to criticize the finale as \u201cpathetic\u201d after the show\u2019s big bad is stripped of his powers and left begging for his life.<\/p>\n

\n\tSeries creator Eric Kripke<\/a> took the one-word review as a badge of honor. \u201cOMG this is his review of what @TheBoysTV did to Homelander, I\u2019ll never get a better review ever,\u201d he wrote<\/a>, reposting Musk\u2019s tweet.<\/p>\n

\n\tSurprisingly, Musk had nothing to say about a character introduced as \u2018The Disruptor\u2019 in the finale, a rich mogul with an affinity for space, white fertility rates and black-on-black embroidered baseball caps (\u201cDark MAGA\u201d much?), whom Homelander (Antony Starr) disposes of mid-orbit. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cHe\u2019s an astronaut, I took him to space,\u201d says Homelander after quickly returning to Earth. <\/p>\n

\n\tWhen asked about the apparent Musk nod in the finale<\/a>, Kripke jokingly told Deadline, \u201cWhat made you think it was Elon Musk? Yeah, I mean, the idea of like the Disruptor was a character that has been continually pitched throughout the season, as just something that is really existing in the world that was just such a perfect target, and it never really fit before. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cBut then we needed this one scene to prove where Homelander\u2019s head was at for this final episode, and so David Reed, who co-wrote the episode with Judalina Neira, said, \u2018Well, let\u2019s bring in the Disruptor,’\u201d he explained. \u201cAnd so, it was just a short little bit, but just one last little satirical target before end the show.\u201d<\/p>\n
