His Everyday series<\/a>, for example, involves Kalina capturing a daily self-portrait. While the concept of recurring projects like this isn\u2019t novel, Everyday stands out for its longevity: the series recently passed 25 years, meaning it\u2019s amassed a visual record nearing 10,000 images<\/a>. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n Kalina\u2019s new project is similarly contemplative and durational, although it widens its lens.
