{"id":82159,"date":"2025-07-22T03:41:26","date_gmt":"2025-07-22T03:41:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/82159\/"},"modified":"2025-07-22T03:41:26","modified_gmt":"2025-07-22T03:41:26","slug":"varjo-will-stop-supporting-xr-3-aero-next-year","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/82159\/","title":{"rendered":"Varjo Will Stop Supporting XR-3 &#038; Aero Next Year"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Varjo will stop supporting its older headsets, XR-3, VR-3, and Aero, next year.<\/p>\n<p>From January 1, 2026, the Varjo Base software will no longer include updates and fixes for these headsets.<\/p>\n<p>Varjo is a Finland-based startup that sells ultra-high-end tethered PC VR headsets with very high central angular resolution, mainly intended for enterprise and government users.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uploadvr.com\/varjo-xr-3-vr-3-lidar\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Varjo XR-3 and VR-3<\/a> were only for enterprise and government, and launched in late 2020 with retinal resolution in the central 27\u00b0, while Varjo Aero arrived in 2021 for enthusiast consumers with 3K LCD displays.<\/p>\n<p>Both headsets were replaced by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uploadvr.com\/varjo-xr-4\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Varjo XR-4 series<\/a>, which started shipping at the end of 2023 with 4K LCD displays.
