Guest chef Juli\u00e1n Mart\u00ednez Bello, founder of contemporary Italian restaurant Sepia in Mexico City, will collaborate with Don Artemio chef Rodrigo Cardenas on dishes like fresh tagliolini with black truffle, champagne risotto with foie gras and roasted fig, and slow-cooked cabrito with cacciatore sauce. The three-day event, Friday through Sunday, will feature German party bands, stein hoisting competitions, special bratwurst and pretzel menu items, and $5 Paulaner and Spaten German draft beers.
