The reality star\u2019s rep tells Page Six in a statement that she\u2019s now focused on moving forward privately and protecting her family during \u201can emotionally difficult time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile a misdemeanor allegation was made following a personal family dispute, the matter was reviewed by the District Attorney and the charge was ultimately dropped. At this time, her focus remains on her daughter, her family, and moving forward with grace and dignity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ramone appears to be taking her split from Mendes in stride, judging from her social media. On Monday, she posted pictures of herself as well as her and Mendes\u2019 3-year-old daughter, Aleesi, on Instagram.<\/p>\n<p>Ramone\u2019s rep said she was \u201cmoving forward with grace\u201d and focusing on her family amid her split from Patrick Mendes. Instagram\/thisisramoniee<\/p>\n<p>In Mendes\u2019 divorce filing obtained by TMZ, he\u2019s seeking sole legal and physical custody of Aleesi, whom he claims has been living with him since May 6, at a different address than the estranged couple\u2019s shared home.<\/p>\n<p>He is not seeking spousal or child support,<\/p>\n<p>Mendes and Ramone made their \u201c90 Day Fianc\u00e9\u201d debut on Season 9 in 2022, which documented Ramone moving to Nevada from Brazil to the US to be with Mendes.
