Both were found dead inside a burned white Hyundai SUV before dawn on the morning of May 15. Their deaths are officially ruled homicides.<\/p>\n<p>Marlene Vidal, 34, is the children\u2019s mother, and she has been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ktsa.com\/sapd-2-found-dead-inside-burning-car-on-west-side-1-1-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">charged<\/a> with capital murder and arson.
