\nA group of students, largely from Canyon Crest Academy, held a Spring Jam benefit concert to support the nonprofit International Health Collective at UC San Diego. The event at Del Mar Social featured music performances by six student groups and raised $7,500 for one of the nonprofit\u2019s projects. The benefit concert was organized by Canyon Crest Academy sophomores, Adam Taub and Naya Thomas. Proceeds will go to toward the purchase of a blood analyzer for the Collective\u2019s Tijuana clinic, which will allow blood work to be done for free for patients who cannot afford it.\u00a0 Pictured are members of the Canyon Crest Academy\u2019s Vocal Music Conservatory, which kicked off the Spring Jam.
