The NYC Office of the Chief Medical Examiner removes the bodies of two women who were found stabbed to death inside a Park Slope apartment building on May 30.<\/p>\n

Two women were found stabbed to death Saturday evening in a Park Slope apartment building that was the scene of a domestic murder-suicide two years ago.\n<\/p>\n

At about 8 p.m. on May 30, officers from the NYPD\u2019s 78th Precinct responded to a 911 call reporting a woman being assaulted at 386 2nd St., between Fifth and Sixth avenues. When officers arrived, they found a 59-year-old woman unconscious and unresponsive with multiple stab wounds throughout her body.<\/p>\n

While searching the apartment, officers found a second victim, a 23-year-old woman, also unconscious and unresponsive with stab wounds to her body.\n<\/p>\n

EMS pronounced both women dead at the scene. Their identities are being withheld pending notification of family members.\n<\/p>\n

No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing.\n<\/p>\n

In January 2024, officers found the bodies of 34-year-old financial adviser Olga Kirshenbaum and her partner, 34-year-old Jason Jackson, a cook, in the same apartment building. Both had suffered gunshot wounds to the head, and a firearm was recovered next to Jackson\u2019s body.<\/p>\n

Saturday\u2019s deaths marked the fourth fatal stabbing incident reported in Brooklyn in a week. Police are also investigating a double stabbing<\/a> inside an East Flatbush apartment building late Friday night that left one man dead and another seriously wounded.
