FIFA World Cup 2026 is coming to New York, bringing eight matches to Metlife Stadium. While New York\u2019s 2026 World Cup games are technically in New Jersey, the city is gearing up for a hoard of tourists and soccer fans during the international soccer tournament. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe World Cup is a historic moment for New York City, and our priority is making it easy for New Yorkers and visitors to join in the fun, with or without a match ticket,\u201d said Maya Handa, NYC World Cup Czar. \u201cOfficial transportation will connect fans to New York New Jersey Stadium, while free fan events, local programming and small business activations will bring the tournament to the five boroughs. We look forward to making this a meaningful moment for residents, fans, neighborhoods and local businesses.\u201d<\/p>\n

Games are slated for Saturday, June 13 at 6 p.m. (Brazil vs. Morocco); Tuesday, June 16 at 3 p.m. (France vs. Senegal), Monday; June 22 at 8 p.m. (Norway vs. Senegal); Thursday, June 25 at 4p.m. (Ecuador vs. Germany); and Saturday, June 27 at 5pm (Panama vs. England). The Round of 32 Match will be on Tuesday, June 30 at 5 p.m. with the Round of 16 Match on Sunday, July 5 at 4 p.m. The tournament returns to Metlife for the final match on Friday, July 19 at 3 p.m. <\/p>\n

Official FIFA World Cup Events in Queens <\/p>\n

NYNJ World Cup 26 Queens Group Stage HQ at USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center will offer daily programming and match viewings from June 11 through June 27. <\/p>\n

Official FIFA World Cup Events in Manhattan <\/p>\n

The NYNJ World Cup 26 and Telemundo Fan Village will be at Rockefeller Center from July 6 through July 19, with daily programming and extended hours during Finals Week.<\/p>\n

The FIFA Museum presented by Hyundai at Rockefeller Center<\/a> will host \u201cLegacies of Champions\u201d showcasing nearly a century of FIFA World Cup\u2122 history through a free immersive exhibition with free timed-entry tickets. Visitors with Top of the Rock tickets can add priority museum entry from June 11-19.<\/p>\n

Official FIFA World Cup Events in The Bronx<\/p>\n

The NYNJ World Cup 26 Bronx Fan Zone will be at Bronx Terminal Market on the weekend of June 13 and 14 with match day programming and local cultural programming. <\/p>\n

Official FIFA World Cup Events in Brooklyn <\/p>\n

The Brooklyn Fan Zone will be at Brooklyn Bridge Park from June 13 through July 19 with daily programming and match viewings. <\/p>\n
